I enjoy working with the diverse group of clients I have. Each person comes with their own beliefs on working out, history, and struggles. This pushes me as a trainer to be flexible in planning various workouts but also in learning to motivate and teach different people. Everyone grows different in their path to becoming healthy and I love being there as they do it!

Christina has been all that and more. As a graduate student with a busy life, Christina has been helpful in working around my schedule and teaching me how to incorporate my workouts in my schedule going as far as sending me workouts on our off days and offering flexibility. She continues to be encouraging and helpful in motivating me to reach my goals and is mindful of my likes, dislikes, and strengthens and weaknesses. Her focus on health versus body image has been wonderful and inspiring, particularly as the gym can be an intimidating place. I am so grateful to work with her, because of her knowledge and great personality, my workouts have become a daily habit and instead of a daily chore. "gives me great encouragement and makes me regain my confidence"Christina Tallman is a truly nice trainer. She is very skilled and able to carefully make diverse work out plans for each weak. By carefully, I mean, although the work out plan is difficult, it is still within my range (I can manage to finish the plan). During each training, she always kindly encourages me “You are almost there” or “You are doing great”, which gives me great encouragement and makes me regain my confidence. In addition to that, she always shows me the key point of each movement herself and explains every single part clearly and patiently. Because of her efforts, I have better balance and am stronger, and most importantly, working out has become a necessary habit for me. Highest recommendation.
